  1. Peal the daikon radishes
  2. Cut the kielbasa and daikon radishes into thin slices
  3. Melt butter over medium high heat
  4. Cook daikon until tender and starting to brown 
  5. Add kielbasa and cook until hot and browning
  6. Strain extra juice from sauerkraut and add to skillet
  7. Reduce heat to medium low and let simmer for 5 minutes
